Your role
- You will ensure that malfunctions in production equipment and milling machines are resolved quickly.
- You will perform preventive maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- You will handle any necessary repairs.
- You handle ongoing troubleshooting and the systematic optimization of production facilities.
Your profile
- Experienced maintenance technicians, as well as motivated and eager-to-learn recent graduates or career changers with technical training, are welcome and will be trained by us
- Enjoyment of technical challenges and teamwork
- Accuracy, resilience, reliability,
and a willingness to learn
- Interest in shift work

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 38,000 EUR and a variable premio based on the company's earnings. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
