You’ll monitor projects, scout new technologies, and evaluate AI-enabled process improvements. Responsabilità
- Manage and execute Smart Devices development projects with internal teams, partners, and suppliers
- Track milestones, risks, and action plans for projects
- Collect and analyze technical docs, specs and benchmarking data
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities across Product Development,
Industrialization, Quality, Compliance and Supply Chain
- Prepare project reviews, status reports and executive presentations
- Conduct technology scouting in smart glasses, consumer electronics, AI, and advanced manufacturing
- Benchmark technologies, suppliers, and providers; build business cases and recommendations
- Support AI-based tooling for product development and manufacturing; participate in pilot automation/digitalization projects
- Assist testing and evaluation of innovative materials and manufacturing tech for eyewear
- Prepare technical summaries and feasibility reports
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Electronics, Mechatronics, Innovation Management or equivalent
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
- Basic understanding of product development and industrialization processes
