The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Mobility business globally. Acting as individual contributor and reporting to the Products & Business Development Director, you will play a key role in identifying, validating and developing new business opportunities for Fluid-o-Tech technologies,
helping define the future direction of our Mobility portfolio beyond our established Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) business. Working in close collaboration with teams across Europe, the US and Asia, you will act as the bridge between market needs, customer requirements and technology development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across automotive, e-mobility, hydrogen, thermal management and adjacent mobility markets.
- Define and continuously update the strategic opportunity roadmap for the Mobility segment.
- Explore applications for Fluid-o-Tech technologies, including pumps, valves, sensors and integrated fluidic systems.
- Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, engineering partners and key industry stakeholders.
- Support commercial discussions and strategic customer development initiatives globally.
- Translate market trends, customer needs and application requirements into business cases and product opportunities.
