The role
As Inside Sales / Account Executive, you'll manage the entire sales cycle - from the first contact to closing the deal - and take full ownership of your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers. You'll conduct product demonstrations and provide the best solutions for healthcare professionals, unlocking real growth opportunities based on your performance and results. You'll play a key role in achieving AlfaDocs' ambitious goals and contribute directly to our success.

What you bring
At least 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or healthcare), managing the entire sales cycle end-to-end - from lead qualification to deal closure.
Strong ability to drive and manage commercial negotiations, handle objections, and confidently guide prospects toward a successful buying decision.
A consultative and value-driven approach, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships based on active listening, transparency, and tangible outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal: empathetic, clear, and adaptable to different customer profiles and tones.
Skilled in delivering product demos, uncovering customer needs, and translating those needs into tailored solutions by recommending relevant modules and services.
Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing, contractual terms, and conditions.
