Regional IT Lead - Southern Europe
TRATON Financial Services (TFS) is the captive financial arm of the TRATON Group. TFS provides financial services and solutions to all TRATON, Scania, MAN, International and Volkswagen Truck & Bus. Our service includes financing for customers, dealers, and distributors as well as insurance solutions. With presence in over 65 markets, we are already one of the most global actors in the financial services industry and are rapidly growing. As TRATON Financial Services continues to expand its global footprint, the IT organization must evolve alongside the business to ensure technology remains a strategic enabler across all markets. To support this growth, six IT Regional Lead positions will be introduced within the global IT organization, each reporting directly to the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO). 20% of international travels.
Acting as the regional IT leader, the IT Regional Lead will provide functional leadership to local market IT teams, driving collaboration, alignment, and the adoption of best practices across the region.
The role combines strategy, operations, stakeholder management, governance, cybersecurity, vendor oversight, and transformation delivery. This position will play a key part in identifying synergies, optimizing resources, and ensuring the effective delivery of IT initiatives in support of both regional and global business objectives.
IT Strategy - Translate global IT strategy into regional execution plans aligned with business goals.
Business Partnership - Act as the main IT partner for regional and market business leaders, ensuring technology supports growth, efficiency, and risk management.
Governance - Ensure compliance with global policies, cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
Budget & Cost Control - Oversee market IT budgets, cost optimization, forecasting, and investment prioritization.
