- Drive Sales: Actively seek out and close sales opportunities. You’ll use your expert product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell, consistently exceeding your individual KPIs.

- Live the Brand:
Represent the Okanui image through professional grooming and an Authentic personality that honors our heritage.
- Operational Quality: Take Accountability for store standards—from pristine visual merchandising to accurate cash handling and stock management.
