Responsabilità
- Retain, strengthen and grow the assigned customer portfolio with high satisfaction and loyalty
- Acquire new customers via prospecting, networking, market analysis, and targeted business development
- Identify opportunities in road freight, rail freight, and intermodal markets
- Promote Ground & Rail services and tailored logistics solutions for domestic and international transport
- Lead commercial activities aligned with sales strategy and targets
- Prepare customized commercial proposals based on customer needs
- Support tender and RFQ processes in collaboration with Front Office, Middle Office, Procurement, and others
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
- Define SOPs based on customer expectations and service requirements
- Provide Customer Operations Support with required commercial/operational information
- Communicate customer requirements and procedures to operational teams
- Monitor implementation of customer commitments with internal functions
- Collaborate with international network to exchange information and develop cross-border opportunities
- Explain transport costs and profitability to Finance and prepare for customer account openings
- Act as main commercial contact for assigned customers and coordinate internal stakeholders
- Identify effective road, rail, and intermodal transport
