We are currently looking for a Process Engineer for our Well Production Services Unit based in Parma.
The Well Production Services Unit provides different Production services to our clients (Multiphase Pumping, Gas Storage and Gas Boosting, Water Injection, Salt Dilution and Desalting).
The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to lead a team along the project during the execution of detail engineering (process documents like Process Flow Diagrams, Process and Instrument Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, Equipment sizing).
Review and comment of technical annexes included in the contract; in case of discrepancies, mistakes or deficiencies in the documents, develop a list of clarifications/comments to be submitted to the respective Discipline Coordinator/Lead and subsequently to the PEM.
Attendance in relevant meetings as kick off meeting and project review meeting.
Establish and maintain effective interface between the Instrumentation project team and other disciplines teams, Project Management, Client representative.
Examine the contractual Vendor List with the Procurement Department.
Provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
Provide progress reporting and forecasting input to the WPM.
Ensure deliverables quality in term of technical content, compliance with design criteria, international standards and contractual requirements.
Monitor of design discrepancies between detail phase and bidding phase (quantities and equipment dimensions).
Provide Vendor follow-up technical support, if required by other disciplines.
Ensure technical support during bidding phase.
Verify the selection of the suitability of the plants proposed to the Customer through special calculation programs.
