? Your Mission
The Local Product Manager (with local assets) is a hands-on product role responsible for owning and evolving one or more country-specific digital products. Acting as a Feature Owner, this role drives end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with a dedicated local squad, ensuring that business needs are translated into user-focused, high-performing digital experiences.
Reporting to the Country Marketing & Product Director, this position combines local execution ownership with global alignment.
It requires a strong ability to bridge business requirements and agile delivery while ensuring product impact through roadmap ownership, backlog management, and KPI tracking.

Role Purpose: Supports Pluxee success on the market through product innovation and stability, strengthening our product proposition on all 3 stakeholders: users, clients and merchants.
Business Responsibilities: from scoping new functionalities to defining requirements, liaising with all involved teams for development and go to market, measuring results both in terms of product KPIs and overall business results.
