Role
We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to design, build, and scale the operating model of Generative Bionics, ensuring the effective delivery, deployment, support, and continuous improvement of our robotic platforms in real-world environments. The COO will be responsible for designing the processes, systems, governance, and organizational structure required to support the entire customer lifecycle, from Proof of Concept deployments and installations through ongoing service operations and customer support. As a member of the executive leadership team the COO will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational foundations required to foster commercial growth and international expansion.
Responsibilities
Define, implement and scale-up the company's operational framework supporting the entire customer life-cycle from PoC and delivery to ongoing service operations;
Transform product requirements and commercial commitments into scalable operational processes and execution models, by establishing clear ownership, workflows, handovers, escalation paths across the customer journey;
Own the operational execution of product deployment and service delivery activities, installations, commissioning, field interventions and maintenance operations;
Coordinate Logistics, Engineering, NOC, Customer Success, Customer Operations, and external service partners to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence;
Define and monitor SLAs, response times, resolutions targets escalation procedures and operational standards in order to guarantee high-quality customer support;
