Project Control Manager – Italy, Milan – Initial 12 Month Contract – Life Sciences. Working across the full asset lifecycle, the organisation partners with clients to design, build, and optimise world‑class facilities, combining technical expertise, collaborative delivery, and a commitment to quality to support successful project outcomes worldwide.
What You’ll Deliver
- Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Completed at least one full lifecycle pharma project.
- Proven project controls expertise across planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting.
- Primavera P6 user with experience managing complex construction schedules.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in brownfield or live operational environments.
What you’ll need
- Lead all project controls activities including planning, scheduling, forecasting and progress tracking.
- Review and validate contractor schedules, reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment between project schedule, cost, procurement and execution plans.
- Provide regular performance reporting, variance analysis and issue escalation.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors and client stakeholders while managing a junior project controls resource.
