Overview
In this role, you lead testing services for SaaS delivery, focusing on continuous testing, test automation, and innovative quality practices. You’ll drive global delivery, shaping testing strategies for upgrades and new implementations. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to remove impediments and transfer knowledge across the organization. This position offers impact across client projects and a path to influence testing maturity and AI‑assisted testing within SimCorp.

Responsabilità
- Lead testing activities for implementation or upgrade projects with clear planning, execution, and reporting
- Coordinate test cycles with clients to align expectations and ensure project success
- Perform in‑depth test analysis and design to cover complex business workflows
- Drive cross‑unit collaboration to reduce delivery dependencies and resolve impediments




- Own deviation management and ensure high quality defect reporting
- Lead regular client meetings guiding the full testing lifecycle
- Mentor team members, contribute to Communities of Practice, and support capability development
- Drive knowledge transfer, structured training, and cross‑team collaboration

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in testing, business analysis, or consulting on complex/financial systems
- Extensive experience applying Agile frameworks at project team level
- Experience in the financial domain with testing or consulting for financial institutions or platforms
- Experience with coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to promote automation and adoption of AI strategy within the team
- Proficient SQL and data analysis skills
- ISTQB or other relevant qualifications
- Upper‑intermediate English or above
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in cros
