Overview
About the role
The Technical Manager is responsible for strengthening the technical capability, quality and consistency of Industrial Services delivery in Italy,
while providing technical support to other European operations where required.
The role will act as the primary technical focal point for the Italian operation, supporting project execution, complex proposals, inspector competence, technical methodologies, service development and resolution of technical issues.
While Italy represents the primary focus of the position, the Technical Manager will also contribute to the wider European organisation by sharing expertise, supporting technically demanding opportunities and projects, and helping countries access and deploy specialist capabilities across the region.
The role supports Operations and does not replace country or project delivery accountability.
