Your role
As a Senior Account Manager - TERNA, you will be part of the Sales Team within the Electrification and Automation Business Unit in Smart Infrastructure, driving the growth and development of one of Siemens' most strategic accounts.
You will represent the full Siemens portfolio, contributing to the expansion of business opportunities in Italy and worldwide. Acting as a trusted partner to TERNA, you will combine business development, strategic account management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver innovative solutions that support the energy transition and the modernization of power infrastructures.
You'll make an impact by:
- Driving sustainable business growth and increasing Siemens market share within the TERNA account through the execution of long-term commercial strategies.
- Managing and strengthening strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for business development initiatives.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders across Business Units and functions to ensure a consistent and effective customer approach.
- Developing and managing complex business opportunities by leveraging the full Siemens portfolio to deliver integrated and value-added customer solutions.
- Collaborating with partners, external stakeholders, and internal organizations to identify and develop innovative offerings aligned with customer needs and evolving market trends.
- Monitoring market dynamics, regulatory developments, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning activities.
