Scope of the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe receipt,
storage and dispatch of project materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring materials are available to support construction activities. Working closely with Procurement, Materials Management, Logistics and Construction teams, the Materials Controller will play a key role in ensuring efficient material flow, strong inventory control and the successful delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the project warehouse, ensuring the safe receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure warehouse operations support the project programme by maintaining material availability and the timely issue of materials to site.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are properly controlled and traceable.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with project teams, suppliers and logistics providers.
