Ideal candidates bring 7–15+ years of experience in management consulting or in operations leadership roles within industrial companies. You have a proven ability to lead complex projects, manage teams, interact effectively with senior client stakeholders and contribute to business development. What we expect you to do
- In line with the expectations for Manager, Senior Manager, Senior Expert, Expert Director, and Principal roles, your responsibilities will include: Client & Project Leadership Lead medium-to-large projects or multiple workstreams ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery. Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, coaching and professional growth. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at operational and leadership level. Translate analytical insights into strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps. Thought Leadership & Expertise Act as a subject matter expert in one or more domains (Lean/TPM/OpEx, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Digital Operations, S&OP;, etc.).
