We are looking for a motivated, creative and hands-on Marketing Specialist that reporting to the Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of marketing activities for some of the OEM Group Brands and product portfolio.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity with operational execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing marketing campaigns, creating content, managing digital platforms, supporting events and producing marketing materials that contribute to business growth and brand awareness.
Key Accountabilities
Marketing & Communication
- Support the execution of the annual marketing plan and marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing tools for customers, distributors and partners
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments and external suppliers
Digital Marketing
- Manage and update company websites through WordPress
- Create and publish content across social media platforms
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
- Support SEO, digital advertising and lead generation activities
Content Creation & Graphic Design
Create marketing materials using:
- Canva
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
- Produce brochures, presentations, flyers, newsletters and promotional materials
- Develop engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns and product launches
Events & Trade Marketing
- Support the organisation of exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and product launches
- Coordinate event materials, merchandising and promotional assets
- Liaise with suppliers, agencies and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
Administration & Project Support
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously whil
