For our Sales teambasedinMilanwe are looking as of now for an Intern in Channel Strategy, Route-to-Market & Sales Excellence Solution During thisexperienceyou’llbepart of a dynamic team andyou’ll have visibilityonall the company’sdepartmentsand you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team.
Sales Excellence Solutions
- Support the implementation and adoption of the new Sales Excellence platform based on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud technology.
- Contribute to the evolution of the tool by collecting user feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of engagement initiatives for the sales force, including training activities and communication campaigns.
- Monitor cross-channel sales incentive programs by tracking targets, performance and results.
- Provide operational support to users, including ticket management and resolution of key tool-related issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, IT and other stakeholders to continuously improve sales processes and ways of working.
- Develop and update Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor commercial performance and key KPIs.
Channel Strategy & Route-to-Market
- Support the development and activation of strategic growth channel
- Analyze sales performance, market dynamics and channel trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the development of the channel:
- Product assortment strategies
- Sales materials/Toolkit across key customer touchpoints
- Selling stories
- Commercial conditions and customer value propositions
- Support business reviews and prepare insights, presentations and recommendations for commercial teams.
About You
Who We Are Looking For
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:
- Master's Degree student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.
- Strong analytical mindset and passion for commercial strategy and business
