We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in CREO for the design, development, and validation of various products in the Defense sector.

If you are passionate about mechanical engineering and want to contribute to innovative projects in various Service Areas, we invite you to join our team and work on exciting challenges You will take part in the entire product development cycle, contributing to all phases of the project, from requirement definition and initial sketches to validation and production.
What we expect from you
- Master's Degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, design, and analysis with CAD CREO (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of PTC Creo
- Nice to have: knowledge of CAE tools (Ansys, Nastran, Patran...)
- Experience with metallic and plastic materials
- Italian C2 and fluent English
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
- Skills in analysis and problem solving
What you can expect from us
The position involves a permanent contract, and the offered base gross annual salary (RAL) will not be below €30,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, evaluating the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above.
