*Manages people managers and individual contributors employees in the Customer Application Specialist team in EMEA,
Academy and Technical Excellence team to provide the best customer and employee experience and met/overexceed sales quota.Constantly drive coverage optimization to ensure balanced workload that enables the team to apply the right skills, response and solution for each opportunity.
You must possess a unique blend of business and management savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.You must be able to communicate with all management levels and business operations within the company and moreover, in our complex customer environment.Directly accountable to the Associate Vice President EMEA HDx.
Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for effective business development during the pre and post sales processes, through the provision of technical expertise;
* Manages the planning, development and utilization of human resources required to assist the EMEA field organization from deal qualification to deal closures, the training facility and the Technical Excellence team and the IDO partner support;
