Associate Sales Manager

We are looking for a Junior Salesperson to start their career within our sales team to strengthen and support the growth of our business in Italy. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Italian Sales Team in Milan, supporting both existing clients and prospects while acting as an important link between Sales, Client Service and the broader Nordea Asset Management organization.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain close relationships with the Italian Sales Team, providing active day-to-day support and contributing to shared business goals.
- Manage requests and queries from our Italian client base, including private banks, wealth managers, retail banking organizations, global custodians, execution platforms and external asset managers, in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with clients and prospects, maintaining a client-focused and commercially minded approach.
- Support Sales in the planning and execution of client meetings, roadshows, training sessions, events, conferences and commercial campaigns.
- Participate, where appropriate, in client meetings and events across Italy and at our international hubs, gaining increasing exposure to clients and the distribution business.
- Collect and share relevant client and market feedback on products, implementation needs, competitive developments and industry trends, helping the Sales Team identify opportunities and better address client needs.
