SDA Program Management Specialist

- Provide organizational support for Faculty, including course calendars, schedules, syllabi, and communications to participants
- Deliver an outstanding participant experience throughout the Program
- Manage teaching materials and the Program's e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and timely updates
- Coordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars, and course-related events
- Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with central services such as Marketing, Administration, and Logistics to ensure smooth Program delivery

Requirements
- Master’s degree
- 3–4 years of professional experience in education management, program coordination, training, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English
- International exposure through study, work, or other relevant experiences abroad
- Strong digital mindset and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning platforms




- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a people-oriented mindset
- Proactive problem solver, able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a dynamic environment
- Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong service orientation and customer-centric approach
