YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide remote technical support from the office to customers, service partners, and field technicians through written case handling and live troubleshooting calls
- Diagnose and resolve issues on Hyperchargers using remote diagnostic tools, system logs, and technical documentation
- Guide on-site technicians remotely during troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities
- Manage and prioritize technical cases according to customer impact and defined Service Level Agreements
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and appropriate escalation of unresolved issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting procedures and service quality
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Technical education or relevant experience in technical support, maintenance, field service, or a comparable technical role
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide technicians remotely
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced,
time-sensitive environment
- Customer-focused, proactive, and structured approach to work
- Ability to work independently and within an international team
- Availability to work in a 24/7 shift-based support organization, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience with electrical systems, electronics, networking, ticketing systems, remote diagnostics, log analysis, or EV charging technology is considered an advantage
- Professional fluency in English and either German or French is mandatory

- Total compensation starting from € 38,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
