The role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager,
AI & Workflow evolution to join our Corporate Transformation B2B team. In this role, your mission will be to ensure the successful delivery of complex corporate transformation programs, acting as both delivery owner and strategic account counterpart while overseeing financial performance, shaping the micro‑design of programs, and applying AI tools and methodologies to accelerate delivery, automate processes, and increase measurable client impact.
Responsibilities

- Own and govern the delivery of complex corporate transformation and learning programs, ensuring execution excellence aligned with Talent Garden standards.
- Use and integrate advanced AI tools to support governance, planning, data synthesis, automation, and decision‑making across the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead client conversations on AI tools, translating them into concrete program implementation and guiding organizations toward structured AI adoption.
