You play a key role in growing market share by combining strong commercial execution with strategic business support for our retailer network.You act as the main point of contact for retailers, translating company strategy into local action, ensuring optimal product positioning, strong dealer performance,
and long-term business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with retailers, ensuring long-term partnerships across Centre-South Italy area (Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo, Lazio, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sicilia, Sardegna)Drive sales performance and market share growth within the assigned territoryAnalyze market potential and identify opportunities to grow the businessProvide strategic business consulting to improve retailer sales and service capabilitiesActively sell and promote products, supporting assortment planning and in-store executionMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needsUse CRM systems to manage accounts, track performance, and maintain accurate dataCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align on sales strategy and initiativesEnsure consistent execution of sales programs and initiatives across the territoryRequired Skills & ExperienceHighly results-oriented, proactive, and self-drivenStruc
