IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS We are looking for a passionate and engaged IT Service Desk intern to join our IT Service Desk team in our Milan HQ.
Your Impact
- Management of user requests and problems related to assigned devices;
- Management of employee onboarding and offboarding, including asset management;
- Assisting in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices;
- Monitoring and managing support tickets through our ticketing system;
- Collaboration with IT other departments to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in the IT field;
- Basic knowledge of both hardware and software aspects of computers;
- Familiarity with major operating systems;
- Knowledge of Office Automation;
- Good command of the English language;
- Availability, flexibility, and listening skills;
- Basic networking skills and familiarity with major instant communication systems.
