R&D; Application Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks
- Pilot plant maintenance and implementation of new equipment
- Planning and realization of application trials at pilot plant, supporting projects and customers’ needs




- Raw materials evaluation/harmonization
- Active participation in training/workshop
- Support to production for optimization and implementation of new formulas
- Close collaboration with Quality/Production/Local Purchasing/CS
- Controlling R&D; Budget by tracking and categorizing expenses related to product development trials, training initiatives, technical seminars.
- Support integration activities

Skills
- Diploma in Food Science and Technology or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in a food company (R&D; or OPS). Experience in the meat industry is an advantage
- Fluent in Italian and in English, both written and spoken
- Positive approach, strong team spirit, open minded, good communication skills, motivated and passionat
