The RoleThe Cluster Director of Sales will lead the sales strategy for the properties under responsibility, balancing revenue growth through account management, account development, strategic partnership management and long-term market positioning. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong emotional intelligence, able to manage senior stakeholder expectations while inspiring and developing high-performing teams. The Cluster Director of Sales will act as a key business partner to Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations, developing and executing cohesive commercial strategies that drive performance, optimize profitability and strengthen client relationships across both properties.
