The company is a a VC-backed AI startup based in Milan, building a platform that eliminates production line downtime. Their product reads electrical schemas in all CAD formats and PLC code to pinpoint exact faults, saving manufacturing plants thousands of euros per hour. It is not a basic RAG chatbot: every technical answer is traceable to the exact component, which is the only way to earn trust in an industrial facility. They already have paying multinational clients using the product daily.
The challenge

- You will take ownership of the go-to-market strategy, currently founder-led, and build the entire outbound engine from scratch: ICP, lists, messaging, and sequences.
- You will manage 3-to-6-month sales cycles with an ACV of €30k to €50k, aligning multiple stakeholders (maintenance, operations, IT, purchasing).
- You will write the definitive sales playbook that future hires will execute. (Note: Deep technical calls and PoCs remain 100% covered by their internal engineering te)
Who are we looking for?

- A proven track record of generating outbound pipeline from zero—not inherited from marketing.
- Solid experience selling B2B software to the industrial sector (MES, CMMS, PLM, IIoT, predictive maintenance) with closed deals between €25k and €60k.
- Total comfort in early-stage environments: no pre-populated CRMs, no ready-to-use case studies, and full autonomy in writing outbound campaigns (experience with Apollo or Lemlist is a big plus).
- Fluency in Italian is a must.
