Responsabilità
- Architect long-term architectural standards and resilient systems
- Lead end-to-end, cross-functional product initiatives from framing to measurable outcomes
- Shape product strategy with Product and Design to embed technical leverage in roadmaps
- Create AI-powered development leverage with AI tools and guardrails
- Elevate CI/CD, observability, testing, and reliability across teams
- Engage with stakeholders and customers to understand pain points and design experiments
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of full-stack software development experience
- Experience with multi-language backends and scale-focused challenges
- Mastery of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar)
- Advanced fluency with product analytics platforms (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and experimentation
- DevOps and cloud proficiency (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability)
- Ability to break down complex problems into executable plans and tradeoffs
- Proven leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams
