Arduino is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a group of related projects and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals, delivering business value through coordinated execution In this role, you’ll contribute to the definition of program objectives, scope, and roadmap ensuring prioritization in alignment with business goals. You will develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across projects and long-term strategy.
This position must be based at our operational headquarters in Turin. Please consider that this role is ideal for candidates with 1-5 years of experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

What You’ll Work On
Strategic & planning
- Ensure alignment and prioritization with objectives, scope, product roadmap and business goals
- Develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics
- Ensure alignment across projects and long‑term strategy
Coordination & execution
- Coordinate cross‑functional teamss activities supporting the product development programs
- Manage interdependencies within and between projects
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Monitoring & reporting
- Track program progress, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Provide regular update
