Overview
In this role you will build, manage, and grow relationships with restaurant partners to drive their success and Glovo’s impact. You will use data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, and boost profitability. You will own the partner onboarding process and translate partner needs into tailored solutions with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service. This is Milan-based and centers on strategic guidance, data analysis, and hands-on execution to scale partner value.

Responsabilità
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication
- Understand partners’ goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance
- Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability for partners and Glovo
- Drive revenue growth through smart promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
- Own partner revenue performance and drive measurable growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service)
- Lead partner onboarding process in the app from store setup to first days on Glovo (operations, marketing, and sales)
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years in high-performance account management or business consultancy
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
- Data-driven with analytical problem-solving approach
- Highly organized, proactive with strong time management and prioritization
- Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus
- Native Italian and proficient English
- Experience in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery preferred
- Ability to engage in strat
