The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting and executing core people management and development processes.
This position combines operational HR responsibilities with organizational development initiatives, contributing to recruitment, training, employee engagement, and the implementation of corporate HR processes. The role works closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and policies.
The position is based in the Bologna area , with the main work location in San Giorgio di Piano and weekly presence required in Medicina . On-site presence is also required at least once per month at the Arzignano (VI) plant.
In this role, you will be involved in a broad range of HR activities, with a particular focus on recruitment, training, and organizational development.
