Permanent Regular Job Description: The Local Product Manager (with local assets) is a hands‑on product role responsible for owning and evolving one or more country‑specific digital products. Acting as a Feature Owner, this role drives end‑to‑end product delivery in collaboration with a dedicated local squad, ensuring that business needs are translated into user‑focused, high‑performing digital experiences. Reporting to the Country Marketing & Product Director, this position combines local execution ownership with global alignment. It requires a strong ability to bridge business requirements and agile delivery while ensuring product impact through roadmap ownership, backlog management, and KPI tracking.

Role Purpose
Supports Pluxee success on the market through product innovation and stability, strengthening our product proposition on all 3 stakeholders: users, clients and merchants.
Business Responsibilities
from scoping new functionalities to defining requirements, liaising with all involved teams for development and go to market, measuring results both in terms of product KPIs and overall business results.
What you’ll be doing
- Works on revising the existing offering and defining for new offerings all core-product elements: target, value proposition, specs and requirements
- Defines the product roadmap to realize this vision, working closely with IT team and development partners
- Drives the product development and in‑life product management process
- Leads business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign‑off and release criteria
- Assesses Risks & Opportunities continuously
