Job Description
Experience & , Technical Skills
- - Proven experience in welding operations across various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- - Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and structural welding principles.
- - Demonstrated expertise in welding equipment operation and routine maintenance.
- - Thorough understanding of welding safety standards and quality control procedures.
Skills & , Abilities
- - Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- - Physical capability to perform demanding manual work in varying environmental conditions.
- - Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in all work undertaken.
- - Ability to work efficiently and meet production schedules.

Qualifications
- - Welding certification (AWS, ASME, or equivalent recognised qualification).
- - Experience working in marine or resort construction environments.
- - Knowledge of material durability considerations in tropical climates.
