We are looking for a Key Account Manager. You will be responsible for delivering compliant scientific information to healthcare professionals while developing Aspen's business across assigned retail, hospital, and institutional healthcare accounts.
The position is essentially focused on RETAIL healthcare accounts.
The role combines two distinct responsibilities:
Scientific Information: Providing accurate, approved scientific information on Aspen products to retail healthcare professionals.
Key Account Management: Developing account plans, managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating market access activities and identifying business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
A. Scientific Information
- Deliver approved scientific information to healthcare professionals.
- Identify customer needs and adapt scientific discussions accordingly.
- Record activities and insights in CRM.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in scientific meetings, congresses and approved educational activities.
B.
Account Management & Business Facilitation
- Develop and execute account plans for retail priority accounts.
- Build relationships with hospital stakeholders, healthcare authorities and wholesalers.
- Support formulary inclusion, market access and tender implementation activities.
- Identify risks, opportunities and barriers within assigned accounts.
- Provide territory analysis, market intelligence and business forecasts.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Commercial, Marketing, Tender, Finance and Medical teams.
Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, in RETAIL, hospital pharmaceuticals, market access or key account management.
- Knowledge of hospital procurement processes, tenders and healthcare systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, scientific communication and analytical skills.
- CRM proficiency and good digital capabilities.
- Fluent in Italian and professional working knowledge of Engli
