Purpose of the position: As Project Expediting Coordinator, you will respond to the Post Order Function and be part of the Supply Chain
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Manage expediting activities, coordinating internal or external personnel, in accordance with supply criticality and purchased material specific peculiarities / complexity.
Prepare / define project reporting / procedures according to specific needs; prepare / discuss / manage the Expediting budget assigned by the Project.
Knowledge of goods supply phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, preparation for shipment and transportation.
Knowledge of Supply Chain process.
Knowledge of Project Post Order activities (expediting, quality control during manufacturing stages, shipping and customs activities of purchased goods).
What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree or Tehcnical High School Diploma, (Engineering matters preferred)
Experience: at least 5 years as a Vendor Project Manager/Job Coordinator within Oil & Gas Industry, or Post Order Coordinator at EPC Contractor.
Technical/IT Skills: SAP Preferred, not mandatory
What else should you know? Availability to perform national and international mission. Opportunity be deployed abroad according to project needs.
