About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Documentation Specialist to support a pharmaceutical decommissioning project in Aprilia. This role will focus on the effective management, classification, storage, and transfer of GMP-regulated documentation and retained samples, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Index, classify, and organise project documentation in line with established procedures.
Label, prepare, and archive binders and records for long-term storage.
Pack and palletise documentation boxes for shipment and secure storage.
Coordinate the transfer and shipment of documents and retained samples.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to the Project Coordinator.
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP requirements,
company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Support document retrieval, tracking, and audit readiness activities as required.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in records management , document control, or archive administration.
Experience working within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment .
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
