ACCOUNTING APPLICATION SUPPORT (Multifonds) - Officer
Main responsibilities:
As part of the IT Team, the Multifonds(*) Accounting Application Support Officer will assist on the functional setup of the fund accounting platform and will provide support to the fund accounting team. He/she will also manage "out-of-platform" requests for data extraction and general reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fund accounting processes and the ability to work confidently with databases.
(*) Multifonds is a top-tier platform for management of UCIT funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for users of the fund accounting platform.
- Handle and track user request, incidents, and data-related queries.
- Perform basic checks on accounting data / mismatches.
- Support routine operational tasks related to fund accounting processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of request and resolutions. Contribute to the knowledge database.
- Data extraction from informational databases.
Qualifications and experience:
- University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
- Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products
- Proven experience on UCITS accounting
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
- Good knowledge on MS Office tools (Excel, Macros...)
- Experience on data manipulation. Ability to extract data from SQL databases.
- Knowledge in Multifonds.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
