We Are Hiring: Sales (Business) Development Manager (Italian & English Speaking)
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of an innovative frozen food project in Sardinia. Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence within the hospitality sector.
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, distributors, and other HoReCa businesses.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
Present products and solutions to potential clients and partners.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, networking meetings, and business conferences.
Requirements
Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
Strong understanding of the HoReCa industry and B2B sales processes.
Experience in food, FMCG, hospitality, distribution, or related industries is considered a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
High level of mobility and willingness to travel across Sardinia when required.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Compensation: Base salary + sales commission
