Overview In this role you will lead the Quality Management System across the Malta site, collaborating with global ST manufacturing entities to deploy and enhance quality standards. You will drive process reviews, ensure compliance with QMS standards and customer requirements, and manage the audit program to share learnings across the global network. You will support top management with quality metrics and oversee internal and customer audits to mitigate risks. This is a hands-on, multi-site role in a dynamic, international environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsabilità
- Deploy, drive and continuously improve quality standards within QMS processes across the global network
- Lead process reviews and redefine process descriptions to close gaps
- Ensure compliance with QMS standards, ST SOPs and customer requirements
- Support management in deploying SMART metrics and quality policy




- Act as audit program manager; develop audit strategy and share learnings across the network
- Conduct internal audits for central functions and other areas as required
- Review quality agreements and customer inputs; assess impact and define mitigation actions
- Initiate and lead organizational process reviews and ensure action closure

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor or Master in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in QMS
- Proven experience in QMS and auditing in manufacturing/industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of QMS processes, customer requirements, and international standards
- Experience in internal and customer audits and risk-based process auditing
- Knowledge of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 by GAB with certifications
- Strong analytical and process-improvement skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a multi-functional
