About The Team
You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the localization of the overseas e-commerce website interface.
- Manage language vendors and language resources.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand user needs and create a consistent, seamless multilingual user experience.
- Ensure the localization quality of e-commerce web content through quality assurance and issue resolution; always maintain a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
- Identify key challenges in the localization process, lead language quality optimization projects, and collaborate with the development team to drive improvements in systems and tools.
