What We Are Looking For: Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Communication Officer, as a Brand & Experience Manager ,
you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the brand image of Arsenale and its luxury products/services and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, effectiveness across all channels, and alignment with company values. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury hospitality, strong marketing skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury market, consumer behaviours, and trends.
The Brand & Experience Manager is a senior, strategic role responsible for safeguarding, evolving and consistently expressing the Group's brand and brand portfolio, in full compliance with corporate brand governance, licensing frameworks and brand asset protection rules.
