Overview In this role, you will join Oliver Wyman’s Data & Analytics team to deliver data-driven solutions for clients across finance, climate, and other sectors. You’ll design analytical approaches, build prototypes, and assess their effectiveness while collaborating with colleagues and clients at all levels. You’ll work on impactful projects that apply ML, NLP, and analytics to real business challenges, contributing to client outcomes and team growth. This role offers exposure to diverse industries, international travel, and a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Responsabilità
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to solve complex challenges from day one
- Design tailored analytical solutions and prototypes for client contexts
- Assess prototype effectiveness and iterate based on feedback
- Engage in client discussions to share ideas and explain analytical concepts




- Implement analytics tools and models to support decision making
- Participate in projects across multiple industries, applying NLP, ML, and statistical methods
- Contribute to a learning culture with coaching and career guidance
- Support business development activities through clear communication of insights

Requisiti fondamentali
- Quantitative degree (Bachelor/Master/PhD) in a relevant field
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics to clients
- Programming skills in Python or R; willingness to expand technical toolkit
- Strong teamwork and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Excellent English and Italian communication (verbal and written)
- Interest or experience in financial services and risk management (advantage)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in specialised consulting, top-tier banks, or financial institutions
