JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager - Italy who will report directly to the Marketing & Sales Director
Main tasks:
- Business development and sales force management (distributors and sales representative) in Italy
- Direct management of a selected customers portfolio
- Sales representatives recruitment in order to improve the territorial coverage
- Monitor sales performance, assess financial performance and develop strategies to achieve the agreed KPIs
- Identify new market opportunities and analyze competitors’ activities
- Collaborate with customer service for the management of logistic and administrative matters
- Participate to the Post market surveillance and to the market tracking with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality
- Report market result to the Marketing & Sales Director on a regular basis
SKILLS
We are looking for a motivated person, with strong capability to work close to deadlines and with a proven problem-solving attitude with the following skills:
- Proven ability in direct sales and negotiation with customers
- Proven knowledge of public tenders and monitoring of contract awards to ensure effective coordination with the Tender Office, sales force and customers.
