Overview As a Customer Resolution Agent, you deliver excellent support to Italian and international customers, owning inquiries, complaints, and service requests from receipt to resolution. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement effective solutions and contribute to the Customer Resolution Group’s operational excellence initiatives. You will maintain accurate case records and support data management, reporting, and audits, while contributing to cross-functional projects. This role operates in a dynamic, international UPS environment with growth opportunities and hybrid work where applicable.

Responsabilità
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through multiple channels
- Take ownership of cases from receipt to resolution with timely follow-up
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to identify and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation in company systems
- Perform administrative and operational support including data management, reporting, and auditing tasks
- Support additional projects and business activities as required
Requisiti fondamentali
- Previous experience in customer service, shared services, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent Italian and English, both written and spoken
