Sales Director
SNP Italia is the subsidiary of the multinational SNP, a global leader in the implementation of data transformation and migration projects in SAP and beyond.
The company is looking for a Sales Director to join its team in Milan. This role is of fundamental importance to support the strong growth of the Italian market. The Sales Director is responsible for defining and executing SNP Group's commercial strategy in Italy.
Leads and develops the sales team, sets goals, monitors performance and ensures alignment with revenue and growth targets.
Coordinates sales operations activities, oversees forecasting,
budgeting and reporting processes, and ensures a structured flow of information to management.
Manages strategic relationships with key customers, promotes business development initiatives and collaborates with the marketing, product and delivery functions to build integrated and competitive offerings.
The candidate must have solid skills in sales and business development, with proven experience in developing new markets and achieving ambitious growth goals.
Consolidated experience in sales operations is required, including commercial planning, sales funnel management, revenue forecasting and process optimization.
Skills in customer service and relationship management with strategic customers are essential, with attention to service quality and loyalty.
The professional must demonstrate strong skills in team management, inclusive leadership and people development, preferably in international contexts.
