Overview As Cybersecurity Sales Specialist for North Italy, you will drive adoption of HPE's cybersecurity portfolio within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will work closely with account teams and partners to build security-focused strategies, generate opportunities, and accelerate revenue. You'll address customers' cyber resilience needs, Zero Trust and secure networking challenges, and shape a growing cybersecurity practice. Responsabilità
- Drive revenue growth and market share for cybersecurity solutions in the assigned territory
- Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities while expanding existing relationships
- Create and execute strategic account plans aligning cybersecurity outcomes with business priorities
- Lead cybersecurity-focused sales motions from discovery to closure with cross-functional coordination
- Meet or exceed sales targets,
pipeline goals, and forecast commitments
- Engage with CIOs, CISOs, security and networking leaders, and business stakeholders
- Develop cybersecurity roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives
- Plan territory and accounts, identify whitespace, and maintain healthy pipeline
- Foster partner ecosystem relationships and enable partners to position HPE solutions
- Contribute to market development, repeatable plays, and best practices
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in enterprise technology, cybersecurity or networking sales with proven revenue growth
- Experience engaging enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
- Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, secure networking, SASE/SSE, IAM, threat protection, cyber resilience)
