About The Opportunity
This role sits within the Campaign and Account Management team in Milano. Following our recent scaling phases, this team is responsible for driving our advertiser-first strategy across the region by delivering high-impact digital and Connected TV campaigns. You will collaborate daily with local Sales, Account Management, and Publisher teams to solve complex digital advertising challenges and ensure seamless campaign performance.
About The Role
- Core Mission: Support the end-to-end execution, daily delivery, and performance optimization of digital and Connected TV advertising campaigns.
- Team Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales,
Account Management and Publisher partners to streamline operational processes and optimize inventory delivery.
- Scope of Ownership: Assist across all operational stages of setting up, launching, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns, from pre-sales coordination to post-campaign reporting.
- Impact Metric: Success in this role means achieving complete campaign delivery within client KPIs and SLAs while providing accurate, actionable post-campaign reporting.
What You’ll Bring
Execution & Flawless Delivery
- Assist across all operational stages of setting up, launching and optimisation of digital and Connected TV campaigns.
- Monitor daily campaign delivery against client KPIs and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Build comprehensive post-campaign performance reports (weekly, monthly, and final).
