Responsabilità
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring renewals and higher utilization of medical and security services.
- Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across products and services.
- Prepare commercial proposals, develop pricing solutions, and lead contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with Sales Support and Marketing to ensure efficient renewals, account reviews, and accurate reporting.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints while implementing measures to improve service quality.
- Support cross-border opportunities through collaboration across regions.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in Account Management and sales within a professional services or international B2B environment.
- Highly customer-oriented, organized, proactive with strong prioritization skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in Italian and English with excellent communication skills.
